7.0Secure parking and premises. Great location for food and shopping. Highly recommend Little French Nest Cafe, which is just a very quick walk around the corner.
− There are permanent residents living in the building, which does create more visitors than motel/hotels.

− too much to clutter, hard to move in unit, need to expose the location eg, being on the 6 the floor is impractical for accessing car and street quickly, found location very noisy , need better quality fans , as no air con , taps in shower and sink bathroom dripping, needing attention
