− DO NOT STAY HERE! The CLEANING FEE is a complete rip off. The property manager does not pay the cleaner for sufficient time to check the previous guest's cleaning of the kitchen. Pans, bowls and cutlery were all left dirty, and parts of the kitchen worksurface. I have never before stayed in a Booking.com or AirBnB where the customer has to spend 3 hours cleaning the kitchen and also taking 4 separate bin bags of rubbish into the car park, which is very poorly lit, and finding the correct communal bin for each rubbish sack. In every other property it is ALWAYS the cleaner's job to do this. DO NOT stay here for 2 nights or less - a great deal of your time will be taken up doing this. I had to cut short the final day of my holiday to spend 3 hours of my time cleaning. Time I will never get back. The property description is incorrect. NOBODY meets you there. Nobody explains about the ceiling fans, the induction hobs and the cleaning routine. When you need support, NO SUPPORT is available. One of the KEYS BROKE on a Sunday, the key to enter the building. Nobody replied when I called the out of hours support number. This company DOES NOT CARE about its customers, once they have your money they just ignore you. I repeatedly asked about whether I needed to clean the kitchen floor and they did not reply to my messages. It's crazy expecting the previous customer to clean the kitchen. Cutlery, bowls and pans were left dirty, because the cleaner isn't paid for sufficient hours to check them. The only logical solution is this: Use the CLEANING FEE which we are all charged and CLEAN the whole flat INCLUDING THE KITCHEN. Stop putting profit before people. Finally, there is no aircon in the bedroom, and the aircon unit in the living room is completely inadequate when it comes to cooling the bedroom, as it is two rooms away from the living room. The bedroom was uncomfortably warm even when the aircon was set to 17 C.
