Location to down down

− Cleanliness of property, air filter hadn’t been changed in months++ when you ran the unit it smelled? Food under furniture. 1 too. Had no light switch, staircase down to door was a little unsafe. Although close to down town…it also sits close to 2 late night bars and is also close to the rail line and currently a dead end for all of the down town public city parking. It was very noisy until about 4 am with party and car noise. The killer was no sugar for the coffee. Reached out to the properties customer service, they asked me to get the air filter measurements and they would make it better for the next guest…but not me🤣
