− Es hatte keine Rollladen im Zimmer. Es war also am frühen Morgen absolut hell. Ebenfalls habe ich Handseife im Bad vermisst.

5.0This is literally right off the ski slopes- can't beat the location, though I'm very glad it didn't snow while we were driving to/from because getting up that hill would definitely have been dicey and required chains.
− There were only half the amount of ski boot heaters necessary for the amount of people staying there. You would find your boots moved around every morning and someone even stole (one) slipper to send me a message when I put them on the heaters for 1 hour while I went to pick up my kids from ski school. The manager did not pay attention to what we paid via bank transfer in advance and if I didn't pay attention, we would have lost 200 euro. Then when I left he didn't ask for the bus cards back, so I would have lost 20 euro if I was not on top of that, too. He also gave me an ear-full when I wrote a message via the booking app that the hot water was out. He had it fixed right away, so that wasn't so much of an issue as that he felt he needed to mansplain that I shouldn't use the app but instead write a note and leave it at his door (I'm not great in German so it's vastly easier to use a translator app and send a message).
