− Rusty draining rack, shelve in oven full grease, pans, mugs and other items had been put away not 100% clean

− Bed bugs. Stayed one incredibly uncomfortable night on the sofa then had to leave as I refuse to stay in a bed bug infested bed. Owner refuted my claim in a quite hostile manner.
