Best location in La Laguna
9.0Amazing location! In the middle of the action, but still quiet at night to sleep. The roof top was great but the weather in la laguna is often cloudy and cool especially in the morning and evening so I didnt use it as much as i hoped. Laundry machine was great! Good water pressure and hot shower.
− There are 3 flights of stairs, not a problem for me but I can see how it could be for others. Pack a light suitcase! The stairs also smell of mold. The shower is very small so if you are a larger person, this might not be the place for you.

10.0Superbe emplacement dans une vieille maison typique de la Laguna. Le parquet, les plafonds, les fenêtres en œil de bœuf sont d’époque. Chambre super grande. Appartement bien entretenu avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur la cathédrale.

Przyjemny apartament w super lokalizacji
7.0Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych, budynek stary historyczny, co oczywiście dodaje klimatu. W środku apartamentu ten klimat niestety trochę się gubi, ale generalnie jest przyjemnie. Wielki plus za zaakceptowanie pobytu z małym pieskiem (za dodatkową opłatą i po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu)
− Potencjał apartamentu nie jest wykorzystany na 100%. Jak na taki historyczny budynek, apartament jest urządzony bez gustu i jak najtaniej. Masz wszystko co jest potrzebne, ale wszystko jest tanie i nie zbyt przyjemne w korzystaniu. Apartament ma Taras z widokiem na katedrę, ale znowu - najtańsze plastikowe meble I brak jakiegokolwiek urządzenia w tej przestrzeni robi ją mało przyjemnej w użytkowaniu.

10.0La buhardilla es muy acogedora y tiene un encanto especial. La cocina está equipada perfectamente con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las camas son comodísimas. Las vistas son una maravilla si te gusta ver el ambiente porque la calle es una principal. La terraza es una tranquilidad y un perfecto espacio para relajarse. Es lo que estábamos buscando y nos quedamos muy contentos. La comunicación con el propietario es excelente.
