− The noise from the apartment above wasn’t ideal and went on all night, we expected to hear music etc due to the location. Maybe second and third apartments should be made aware of the floors echo

Great location, comfortable bed, a bit noisy due to traffic. Customer service & cleanliness could be improved.
6.0Apt was as advertised and the location was great (but facing Main St, was not particularly quiet due to the traffic.)
− Had no hot water the first evening. Got it lukewarm after 2 phone calls but no apology. The sofa wasn’t clean, there was a little rubbish in the bathroom bin (no bin liner), there was a kitchen cupboard with sugar spilled in it, and the soap/shampoo container in the shower was a big rust cage.
