10.0The owner is very nice and helpful. The place was very clean, welcoming and easy to find. It is in a quiet and safe area, great value for money. It is a very pleasure to sit outside on the terrace, which is surrounded by greenery. Beds were comfy and bed sheets were clean. The air conditioning works very well in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom, only a fan (that was mentioned in the description on Booking.com). The fan was a little noisy, but with the living room door open (the room with air conditioning) there was no heat in the second bedroom at night. The wifi was fast and worked well. The room equipment was sufficient. Fully equipped kitchen, added bonuses with the tea, coffee and drinking water. Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay. I can recommend the stay to everyone.

10.0Великолепный чистый ухоженный дом! Расположен в пригороде Хуахина, в очень тихом месте вдали от оживлённых мест. Мы хотели провести время в тихом и уютном месте, и этот дом превзошёл наши ожидания. Нас встретила милая женщина, которая показала дом и передала ключи. Учитывайте, что нужно внести залог 500 бат за ключ. При выселении залог возвращают. Дом оказался очень чистым и свежим. Есть 2 спальни: в одной кондиционер, в другой вентилятор. Также есть ещё один кондиционер в зале с телевизором. Кухня отлично оборудована всем необходимым, также на кухне новый большой чистый холодильник. Очень понравился двор с крытой парковкой. Во дворе есть аж два стола и большая бамбуковая лежанка. Этот вариант подойдёт тем, кто хочет отдохнуть от городской суеты и насладиться природой и свежим воздухом в тихом и уютном месте.
− Без транспорта будет проблематично куда-то выбираться, т.к. дом расположен довольно далеко от различных локаций. В душе слабый напор воды, а в раковине рядом с душем кран уже начинается протекать и разболтался.
