A terrific place to stay for everything in and around Fort William

Had forgotten how stunning this area was, must return.
10.0For hillwalking, gravel / mountain biking it's an excellent jump off point for a multitude of long or short days out. For longer stays, the well stocked Spar in Spean Bridge (5 mins by car) negates the need to go to Fort William which can be quite busy. Wonderful scenery and the reminder of what the night skies should look like when there's no light pollution. Not forgetting the helpful but unintrusive hosts who pointed out some interesting ways to spend time (you'll have to go).
− Thursdays poor weather, but that was apparently outwith Allt Mor's terms and conditions. Still, a chance to rest after 2 hard days, some reading in peace and do a local Graham in Glen Roy once conditions improved later in the day, as they oft do.
