− Direkte Sicht zum Nachbarbalkon (er war aber sehr freundlich), mehr Utensilien zum kochen wären sehr praktisch

− Zu schmutzig, wie zB Fernsehbedienung, Lichtschalter, Küchenstühle Nähe zum Nachbarn sehr unangenehm durch die breite Öffnung der Balkonwand Zigarettenrauch von draußen hindert zu Lüften Viel zu weiche Matratzen
