10.0Das Apartment war neu und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr kommunikativ und ist immer ums Haus. Zu empfehlen für Italienischschüler.
− Für die Klimaanlage muss pro Tag Euro 10,- zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Das steht im Kleingedruckten. Die Reinigungsgebühr richtet sich nach der Personenanzahl. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler.
