1.0المكان وسيع وكبير والمناظر بالخارج حلوه
− لايوجد تكييف وليس مذكور بالحجز انه لايوجد تكييف ولما سالت المؤجر ابلغني بانه لم يذكر وجود تكييف اي انه في حال عدم ذكره يعني انه لايوجد "وهذا يعتبر تظليل للمستاجر ، مفترض يذكر انه التكييف وجوده من عدمه " ، بالخارج رائحة سيئة جدًا ولانستطيع فتح الشبابيك للتبرد ، المؤجر يتاخر بالرد ، منطقة السكن بجوار مزارع وروائح سيئة وايضًا قريبة من ورش سيارات … الخ
