8.0Die zentrale Lage in Malcesine - Supermarkt, Cafe und Restaurants sehr nahe. Die Tiefgarage und die Möglichkeit die Räder und das Auto dort sicher zu verstauen war sehr gut. Das Appartement mit der Dachterrasse besticht mit 70er Jahre-Flair. Schöne Aussicht auf die Dächer der Altstadt, die Burg und und den See.
− Das Bad ist sehr klein im Dachappartement - Menschen über 1,80 müssen gebückt stehen - einmal sehr laute Technomusik aus einem Lokal in der Nähe (bis nach 24h).
