8.0Gute Lage zum Ort und Meer, trotzdem ruhig, bis auf die Zuggeräusche je nach Windrichtung.
− Loser Wasserhahn im Bad, sehr schmutzige Fensterinnenrahmen, defektes Fliegenschutzgitter im Schlafzimmer. Leicht verwahrloster Garten.
