Clean flat, conveniently near the city centre, and friendly host.

The location is very close to the city centre, a short walk from Aldi/Lidl and within easy distance of a wide range of city attractions. The parking is right behind the building and easy to find. The host was very welcoming, messaging us with very clear directions on how to park and enter the flat, and he also dropped round the day after we arrived to give us more coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. The flat is well provided for with fans and cleaning equipment, and has a lovely bathroom. There is also a high chair and spare linen, and a good washing machine. The ground floor flat is mainly north facing so stayed pleasantly cool in summer with just fans and windows open, despite 30C heat. The flat was spotlessly clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Nuremberg - thank you!

− We didn't realise that the two single beds were in the lounge, rather than in a separate second bedroom. This was not obvious in the photos or description on the main booking.com site. For families with older kids or adults staying this is likely not an issue. For us with two young kids (5 and 3) it meant either going to bed at 8pm or sleeping in the singles - not ideal! The dining chairs are awkward in the small kitchen - splayed legs mean they don't tuck in well, and we were constantly banging our feet into them throughout our stay (ouch!). We would have liked more bowls and dishes so we didn't need to wash up immediately after every meal (and a vegetable peeler/sharper knives would be good too). The area is also quite overlooked at street level, with people from the office block opposite often smoking in the front, and residents smoking in the morning and evening in the rear parking area. This is fine with windows closed but trickier in warm weather when trying to keep a breeze through the flat. Again, this may not be a problem for others, and will differ at different times of year/depending on weather.

Tiene lavarropa y lavavajillas lo cual se apreció un montón. Además en el baño hay como un radiador y a la mañana siguiente la ropa está seca. Los cuartos muy grandes , espaciosos y con lugar de guardado.

− La mesa y las sillas de la cocina hacen que no haya mucho espacio en la cocina pero igualmente la cocina está muy completa , nos logramos acomodar. Recomendaría poner una mesa rectangular que sea más funcional a la mesa redonda que ocupa lugar y las sillas tienen como las patas abiertas para afuera entonces era difícil sentarte y salir en de la mesa con tan poco espacio. Pero eso no opaca lo hermoso del departamento y lo cómodo de las demás instalaciones.
