9.0Overall, the apartment was fine. It was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace was a nice feature and seemed to be functional, as there was a light smell of smoke. The bathroom was in good condition, clean, and without any unpleasant odors. The room temperature was comfortable throughout the stay.
− We chose this hotel based on the facilities advertised, however the experience did not meet our expectations. The spa center does not actually exist; it may have been operational in the past, but currently there are no spa facilities available such as sauna, massage, or similar services. Upon arrival around 4:00 PM, the apartment was not ready, even though the website clearly states that check-in is at 2:00 PM. We had to wait approximately 1–1.5 hours at the hotel restaurant until the room was prepared. The apartment itself is acceptable, but cleanliness is lacking. The sofa bed was dirty, with crumbs, dust, and visible dirt, which suggests that cleaning was not done properly. In addition, the indoor parking comes at a fairly high additional cost.

10.0Excellent accueil, un petit problème avec le chauffe eau qui a été réglé en moins de 5mn. L’appartement est grand, bien équipé et a moins de 5mn à pied des pistes. 2 salles de bains ce qui est également très pratique

Short ski family vacation 🎿
9.0The location is great 👍. 5min away from the slopes. Welcoming and supporting host. A bottle of red wine as a welcoming compliment was a nice surprise. Stefi, thank you! Overall we were very impressed by Pamporovo. !!! Be aware that a nearby supermarket accepts only cash.
− Hair-dryer would be a good addition to an apartment. The rest you will find in the apartment.
