9.0Struttura molto bella, abbastanza pulita e non troppo lontano dal mare, munita di parcheggio per auto molto spazioso. Noi eravamo in 5 ma contando il divano e il divano letto per un gruppo di ragazzi si sta bene anche in 8 persone tranquillamente, quindi in quel caso si parlerebbe di un prezzo regalato per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietari molto disponibili su tutto, che ci hanno permesso anche di lasciare la struttura due ore più tardi rispetto al check out previsto. Sicuramente riorganizzeremo assieme ai miei amici per tornarci

5.0− la struttura non si presenta bene specialmente all' esterno l' ingresso è trasandato e non curato, all' interno il divano non era proprio pulito per il resto una casa non curata tapparelle e zanzariere rotte
Soggiorno a Pepita Flats San Salvo
5.0La posizione è molto buona, i parcheggi intorno alla casa sono tutti gratis e c'era sempre un posto libero (abbiamo viaggiato con due macchine). I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è ben fornita a livello di elettrodomestici: microonde, lavastoviglie, forno, due climatizzatori, lavatrice, macchina del caffè, due televisori, wifi libero e tanti altri elettrodomestici per la cucina (non utilizzati), ma anche fornita di asciugamani, lenzuola, tovaglia, carta igienica ecc ecc. Abbastanza buona la qualità-prezzo.
− Purtroppo, la parte esterna era inutilizzabile a causa dello sporco creato sia dalla presenza di una vegetazione non curata che dalla mancanza di una pulizia adeguata. Inoltre, la luce esterna non funzionava infatti, per poter fare la lavatrice di sera, si è reso necessario l'utilizzo di una torcia. Il barbecue esterno era completamente sporco dall'uso e dalla mancata manutenzione. 3 zanzariere (camere da letto) su 6 erano divelte e, quindi, inutilizzabili e alcune non in buono stato. La rete del letto matrimoniale era molto incurvata impossibilitando una delle persone a dormirvi, per fortuna la presenza della cameretta con un letto singolo.
