A reasonable apartment in a good central location which served our purpose but was quite expensive for what it was.
5.0Good location , clean apartment
− Kitchen very poorly equipped - not enough crockery for 6 people. Sofa bed missing some slats so quite uncomfortable. No dining area as stayed in description. Quite pricey for the quality.

− Very tired, run down, not like the photos, very dirty mattress, security doors broken so anyone could walk in from the street

2.0− Imagine a student flat at the end of term that hadn’t been cleaned properly for a year except for the bathroom and basic linens. The carpets, walls and surfaces were frankly disgusting. It was quite warm and stuffy with no fans, the kitchen/ lounge looked over a rubbish heap and the front door remained unlocked overnight.

4.0− I was charged a deposit separately, haven't received it back, the owners didn't respond to ANY messages about the state od the property, there was no wifi, the whole place looked like it had been recently robbed... fine if that were the case but I had absolutely no response back to my issues or complaints and am still owed my deposit back months later.
Dirty, damaged and infested.

− Everything. We paid £50 damage deposit. Followed instructions to access unit 4 to fine it in a very poor state of repair. The toilet couldn't be flushed, there were fleas. The general cleanliness was disgusting, Electrics were unsafe and there was dirt everywhere. We called to cancel and walked out. AVOID THIS HOVEL
