10.0The apartment was fantastic, very roomy, well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay. Views were a bonus and amazing. Shoal Bay is a beautiful place to stay, went there for a 70th birthday and what a wonderful place.
− An information booklet would have been helpful, didn’t see the poster in the kitchen with details of the spa until we were leaving.

− Little niggles like the exhaust fans didn't work, not enough hot water for four adults consecutively etc

8.0Location and amenities were perfect!Walk to the beach . Great size unit ,great view easy to get to Close to cafes and the country club which was great.
− Place could do with a deep clean Very dusty ,none of the beds or lounges are moved when vacuumed as we found lolly papers ,ear plug ,and lots of dust under the lounges when fetching the kids dummies,doona covers very dusty didn't seem clean ,coffee table needs to be cleaned under the glass as there was hair stuck under,also the little coffee table was chipped and very hazardous Need a new garbage bin lid in the kitchen as this one kept coming off Bin in the bathroom broken Also there was a musty smell coming from the front locked cupboard area

9.0The apartment was great for a family, it was clean, fantastic location and amazing view. It had all the facilities we needed. We were able to leave the car at the apartment and walk everywhere. The air conditioning was good and we were able to set to any temp (in response to a previous review). It still has 2 zones but this wasn't an issue for us.
− The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. There was a mattress topper on the mattress but this did not fix the issues with the sloping mattress. The other beds at the property were very comfortable (queen and 2 singles). Just a small thing but there was no shower soap in the apartment, it would have been easier if they let us know beforehand.
