Gute Lage, Wohnung benötigt dringend Renovierungsarbeiten.

− Es sind viel alte, abgewohnte Möbel im Apartment, im Dachgeschoss war es sehr warm, das Badezimmer in der Dachschräge war sehr beengt, man stieß sich ständig den Kopf an, Dusche zu klein, Wassertemperatur ließ sich nicht regulieren.

8.0Mooi plek ligt goed centraal, vriendelijke host. Behoorlijk compleet appartement.
− Niet zo geschikt voor lange mensen (bovenste appartement) want je stoot snel je hoofd aan de vele (schuine) balken. Douche cabine echt mini.
Lage top, Vermieter nett, aber könnte was sauberer sein.
6.0Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
− Die Sauberkeit war nicht die Beste. Wir hatten die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk und dort war eine Teekanne, welches noch Wasser enthalten hatte. Als wir diese sauber machten war der Lappen komplett braun. Wir haben das Wasser dann im Topf gekocht. Skyview ist auch nicht so doll, beim Vermieter sieht es aus, wie ein zugemüllter Garten und man hat einen begrenzten Blick auf die Stadt.

5.0Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, spacerem można iść do centrum, parking i możliwość ładowania auta, duże pokoje
− Mieszkanie wymaga generalnego sprzątania i napraw. Kurz był wszędzie, materace się zapadały a poduszki były pożółkłe, kanapa wymaga czyszczenia, w łazience była pleśń, zmywarka nie działała - zgłaszaliśmy to właścicielowi, ale nic z tym nie zrobił. W mieszkaniu leżą przypadkowe przedmioty w różnych miejscach.
