屋內設備齊全。不會開車的話，電車也在走路5分鐘的路程內。商業區買東西也方便，但建議購物可以算好一次買回。晚上周圍安靜，路上很少人。電車經過會有鐵軌聲音。

− Der Zug fährt weniger Meter neben dem Haus. Das wackelt wenn er vorbei fährt. Nachts ist aber Ruhe.
