5.0− L’appartement donne sur une route très passante, il y avait un chantier avec des grues qui fonctionnaient tout le temps. La deuxième chambre donne sur un petit patio où il y a des climatiseur donner donc il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre à coucher et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre.

8.0Das Apartement war sehr gut aufgeteilt, Baulich sehr wertig. Der Balkon war gut gegen Regen und Wind geschützt. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war super, da alle Parkplätze vor dem Apartmenthaus meist besetzt sind. Die Betreuerin der Wohnung war schnell und gut erreichbar.
− Alles, was nicht okay war, wurde mit der Betreuerin vor Ort besprochen. Daher möchte ich hierzu keine weiter Äußerungen machen, in der Hoffnung, dass es Gehör findet.

Hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartement in 1A Strandlage
9.0Wunderbare Lage direkt am schwarzen Strand von Tazacorte, an dem auch FKK möglich ist. Viel Platz! Der Strand wirkt auf den ersten Blick durch aufgetürmte Sand-und Steinhügel zwar etwas wie eine Baustelle, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran und dann stört es nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig, bestens ausgestattet, mit Balkon Richtung „Sonnenuntergang über dem Atlantik“. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand nach zeitlicher Absprache per WhatsApp persönlich statt. Parken ist im Preis includiert und in der Tiefgarage des Hauses möglich. Fotos und Beschreibung passen 100prozentig. Alles war supersauber und chick, perfekt gereinigt, kein Staubkorn zu entdecken, keine Schliere, nichts… Restaurants und andere kleinere Geschäfte sowie der Hafen sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren zum wiederholten mal in dem Gebäude und auch diesmal wieder sehr zufrieden.
− Am Appartement an sich und der Lage gibt es überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren. Allerdings liegt 1B in der ersten Etage, dadurch hört man leider nicht nur das Rauschen des Meeres, sondern auch den Lärm des vor dem Haus vorbei rauschenden Straßenverkehrs. Das war in der obersten (3.) Etage, in der wir im vergangenen Jahr gewohnt haben, nicht der Fall. Dort oben hörte man tatsächlich nur das Meer.
