− The apartment was cluttered, no aircon or fan and the side balcony door didn't open so air flow was restricted. No TV remote so we couldn't use the smart tv.

The location was good. The apartment was expensive for what there actually was.

− Oven didn’t work. There was no basics like tea bags or coffee. There was no wifi. The inside furniture was uncomfortable & was really outdoor furniture.

− Access to the room. At 70yrs old we had to lay on the floor to access the key. The key could not have been in a worst place.
