Sehr schönes Quartier für unseren Besuch der Kulturhauptstadt 2026!
9.0Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Schöne helle, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Ganz in der Nähe ist der Fluss Vah, dort auch eine schicke Strandbar und ein wunderbarer Sport- und Fitnessbereich.
− Leider kann man daran nichts ändern, aber das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt. In der Nähe ist eine ziemlich dicht befahrene Straße, deren Geräusche zu bestimmten Zeiten ziemlich laut sind.

− Uvoľnená batéria v kúpeľni,žľab v sprchaci zle odtekal, flakata a deravá osuška a chýbajúca jar. Co ma mrzí,pretože minulý rok sme boli tiež len vo väčšom apartmáne a boli sme spokojni,tak sme išli na istotu...

7.0The apartment is very spacious, bright, and filled with natural light. We especially appreciated the large terrace and the quiet location. The building itself was peaceful, making it a comfortable place to relax.
− We were told that the check-in instructions would be sent on the morning of our arrival, but we only received them after 2:00 p.m. and only after contacting the host ourselves. The biggest issue was that none of the electrical outlets were working when we arrived. As we were travelling with medication requiring refrigeration and our own travel fridge, this caused significant inconvenience. Although the owner came and resolved the problem, no apology or gesture of goodwill was offered. We were later told that unplugging the kettle would have solved the issue, even though we had already tried that before asking for assistance. The shower screen leaked badly, leaving the bathroom floor wet after every shower. There was also only one hand soap provided despite the apartment having two bathroom sinks. During our stay, our daughter accidentally broke a bedside lamp. We accepted responsibility and paid for the damage without hesitation. However, we were disappointed by the contrast in how responsibilities were handled. We were expected to cover the accidental damage immediately, while the significant inconvenience caused by the apartment's condition on arrival was not acknowledged in any meaningful way. A small gesture of goodwill would have left a much better overall impression.
