5.0La ubicación es excelente delante de la playa con camastros y alberca. Es muy muy bonito y tranquilo si buscas un poco de paz. La habitación está muy limpia y cada día la limpian. Son muy amables.
− Las habitaciones están completamente expuestas a la entrada de insectos y bichos, confirmo personalmente que en mi habitación en mi estancia entraron: cucarachas, arañas bastante grandes, cangrejos, y por supuesto mosquitos. Esto es debido a que las puertas no cierran bien, por abajo entra lo que quiere, y las ventanas que hay arriba, no tienen ninguna protección. Creo que es algo que se puede cuidar un poco más... Además el ventilador de piso estaba estropeado y no podías regular la velocidad y el de techo era casi inservible porque es demasiado flojo. Tampoco me gustó que NO HAY LLAVES, tienes que confiar. No tuvimos ningún problema, pero no es de mi agrado tener que dejar todo sin llaves. Lo PEOR, es que pedimos quedarnos en el hotel hasta las 5pm, en los camastros de la playa, porque nuestro vuelo era a última hora y nos dijeron que no, que solo hasta las 2pm, por lo cuál tuvimos que gastar más dinero en poder estar en un lugar que sí nos dejaran estar. Honestamente es la peor experiencia, ya que literalmente "te echan a la calle".

− Room was primitive & uncomfortably small. A poorly working fan was provided, but no AC for 90F temps. There was no lock for the door. We paid a premium price for a very budget level room.
Incredible location that more than makes up for the slightly basic rooms and facilities.
9.0Incredible location with direct access to the beach and wonderful pool with an equally incredible view of the ocean. Good amount of communal space outside and adequate kitchen facilities. Walking distance to all the main restaurants and stores in Troncones.
− Rooms are pretty small with a compact bedroom and bathroom. The facilities are good, but quite small. The hosts were incredibly low-touch and then entirely hands-off once we had arrived, which was ultimately fine but may not be to everyone's liking.
