10.0Švarus, nuotraukos atitinka realybę. Viskas apgalvota iki smulkmenų: ir lygintuvas ir lyginimo lenta, plaukų džiovintas, skalbyklė ir t.t. Šeimininkė reaguoja į paklausimus ir labai maloni. Operatyviai suorganizavo antrai mašinai parkingo leidimą (kieme yra vietos, tik stovėjimas be leidimo 15 min.) Butas 7 aukšte, pirmame aukšte parduotuvė. Centras apie 1.6 km. Rekomenduojame.

9.0Dzīvoklis tīrs, smaržīgs. Labs skats no balkona. Tuvu atraciju parkam, arī centrs netālu. Varējām ierasties 2 stundas ātrāk, kā bijām pieteikuši ierašanos. Individuāla informācija par ierašanos. Ļoti patīkama pieredze.
