10.0Очень удобная квартира для семьи. Все очень хорошо продумано. Через чудесный парк почти сразу море. Прекрасный городок. Хозяйка Симона мегалюбезна и гостеприимна, угостила едой и вином. Никогда с таким не встречался за многие годы поездок. Так что всем советую.

10.0obiekt położony jest w pobliży głównej promenady miasta oraz plaży (w odległości krótkiego spaceru). Opis obiektu jest zgodny z jego stanem faktycznym. W pobliżu możliwość skorzystania z bezpłatnych miejsc parkingowych. Gospodyni obiektu Simona podała nam wiele wskazówek dotyczących zarówno miasta jak i okolicy jak również zapewniła butelkę wina na powitanie a nawet przygotowany samodzielnie obiad!!! Wydajna klimatyzacja w poszczególnych pomieszczeniach zapewniła komfortowy pobyt mimo upalnego okresu. Polecam.

10.0There is not much to add since the previous reviews say it all, and I can confirm every word is true. Simona is an outstanding host—highly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. She went above and beyond by cooking a delicious, authentic homemade Tuscan dinner for my family and sharing her excellent homemade wine with us. The location of the apartment is perfect: a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and the train station. An easy 10/10. Highly recommended!

Overrated
5.0It was close to the train station and beach as well as a decent supermarket - all within 8 or 9 minute walk. Balcony was welcome
− We didn't like the spiral staircase as it was awkward carrying bags up to living area. The shower took ages to warm up and wasn't very powerful and decor (although we knew it as the pictures on the website were realistic) wasn't to our liking. Also the lady, Simona, seemed to use the apartment - downstairs only perhaps for storage - as on a few occasions we could hear a conversation 'downstairs'. While in Italy we had stayed in a few places - this was probably the worst and if I was rating it it would be a 5 out of ten.

10.0We loved the balconies! The apartment faces north which kept it cool even in the middle of a May heatwave, but the balconies catch the sun - best of both worlds. Location could not be better for us - no car so we really appreciated the easy walk to both station and beach/ promenade. Also being walkable to the restaurants across the bridge on the marina side of Viareggio. Simona's restaurant suggestions were excellent (a few of out of the way places we wouldn't have found on our own) - and Simona herself was so friendly and helpful!
