Schön eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Nette Gastgeber, wünsche werden schnell in die Tat umgesetzt. Wer Ruhe sucht findet sie hier. Haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

− Die Kissen und das Bett sind unbequem gewesen und könnten verbessert werden.

The location

− AVOID! We arrived to find that the new owners had just the day before received the keys and were still unpacking when we arrived. The property was not as advertised and there were a number of issues: 1. The property hadnt been cleaned. 2. The property was full of insects due to not being cleaned including spiders coming out a hole in the ceiling where the light fitting was not attached properly. 3. A number of lightbulbs were out. 4. The cupboard door was hanging off. 5. The electricity cut off twice during the night disturbing our sleep as we had a night light on for the children. 6. The swimming pool was dirty and the seating and sunshades had been removed which were shown on the photo when we booked. 7. There was no wifi as advertised which was then an additional cost to ourselves as the new owner had not had time to reconnect it. 8. There was no TV signal. 9. The plants (indoor and outdoor) needed attention. 10. There was DIY work going on upstairs from the owners. We were not told that there were going to be new owners and that any of these things would not be available. If we had known then we would have cancelled. We raised these concerns with the new owner but he said he was unable to do anything. He waived the extra cost for the dog but as the accomodation had not been cleaned in the first place it was a token gesture. We received this response from the owner who offered no compensation: Although the ownership changed, the accommodation remained as described in the listing. Light drilling occurred only during the day, with no noise after 8 p.m. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned before arrival, which the host acknowledged after your departure. Flies and insects are common in summer and beyond the host’s control. The pool contained chlorine; although the water wasn’t perfectly clear, it was hygienic. Two kitchen bulbs were faulty but replaced later, as they weren’t reported.

Wonderful experience, lovely accommodation, cosy and warm apartment. (We stayed in February). Served our purpose perfectly. Defiantly recommend the accommodation to others who are looking for a nice quiet break and a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Many lovely walks and beautiful scenery to match in very close vicinity. Good bus service from local towns with train stations for hikers or travelers without a car or bicycles.

− All was fine. Nothing to complain about.
