5.0Location and view from the upper level.
− Was dirty on arrival, floor was dirty around bin and kitchen. Windows were filthy, dust on skirting boards and window sills. Plates and glasses were not usable and we had to re wash all kitchen items. The cutlery drawer was full of food crumbs. Top of fridge had a thick layer of grime and dust on it. Multiple used toilet rolls left in cupboard in bathroom and the toilet brush seemed to be about 50 years old and was not clean….. The building is in need of maintenance, windows are hard to open or latches are broken, there is damage to the external wall cladding and the timber deck is an accident waiting to happen. Door handles are clunky and hard to operate. Some power points have sticky tape over them to stop them being used!!?!?!? There are issues with the hot water, sometimes it simply doesn’t work - no water at all coming out.
It was an excellent place to stay. If we come back to Apollo bay we will come here again
8.0It was located at an excellent spot. The ocean view was amazing. The rooms were spacious and it was a really nice stay.
