השהייה שלנו בפנטהאוז הייתה מצוינת. המקום מתוחזק היטב, נקי מאוד, וכל המכשירים והמתקנים עבדו בצורה מושלמת – בדיוק כפי שצרי

− למרות הנוף הפסטורלי המקום לא מטופח ולא נקי, כסאות קרועות במרפסת, השירותים במקלחת אינם נקיים אפילו מצאנו צואה באסלה, הודיעו לנו על תקלה במזגן שלא הצליחו לתקן שעתיים לפני הצ׳יק אין אך בהגעה נמסר שתוקן וביום השני חווינו הפסקות חשמל לאורך כל הלילה, המים בג׳קוזי לא היו נקיים המים בצבע צהוב, לכלוך בתחתית של הג׳קוזי המים היו קרים ואפילו לא עבדה וביציאה נאלצנו לשחוב כל הציוד מקומה חמישית לרכב כי המעלית לא עבדה בבניין. חוויה מאכזבת ולא מתאימה בכלל לאירוע חשוב.

− הדירה לא מתוחזקת טוב, בקומת הגקוזי יש מיטות שזוף קרועות ומנגל לא שמיש, כורסאות הישיבה במרפסת מאוד לא נוחות וכריות קרועות, הוילונות בחדר השינה נופלים. הניקיון היה סביר... חבל -דירה עם פוטנציאל מעולה,חבל שתחזוקה מורידה לה

1.0מיקום. נוף לים. אבל- לא ממליצה בכלל. איחור בקבלת הדירה, לא נקי, יחס מזלזל.
− מסרו לנו את הדירה באיחור של כמעט שלוש שעות כי המנקה לא סיימה לנקות וחיכינו ביום שרבי מאוד בחוץ. בקושי התייחסו אלינו כשהתלוננו. כשסוף סוף קיבלנו את הדירה, היה ריח נוראי בדירה. הבטיחו לתת לנו זיכוי חלקי בגלל האיחור והכל אבל עד היום לא קיבלנו אותו. פניות חוזרות לבעלים לא ממש הועילו לנו. יחס של זלזול. בקיצור - מקום בעייתי. אחת החופשות הפחות נעימות שהייתי בהן. חבל.
