− El edificio está situado en un barrio "peculiar" Muy céntrico pero habitado al 100 % por inmigración musulmana que resultaron muy ruidosos Éramos dos chicas solas y nos sentimos constantemente observadas en la calle

7.0The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. Located close to restaurants and shops.
− The terrace is a shared one on the top of the building, big disappointment! Staying on the 2nd floor and the terrace on the 4th, with two kids, we didn't use it all, and this was the reason to book this place. There is no lift and no way to carry things to the top, not even a tray. When on holidays in summer, one would like a balcony. The stairs are very narrow, not recommended to families with stroller. Also the beach is reachable by foot but every day for small kids not a good idea.
