− Nothing much. (Just a couple little minor maintenance points - Sink in bathroom drains slowly, a window and door catch were catching our stiff - but passable).

− Outdoor lights would help at night. It can be dim and low near the ground so it doesn't create light pollution. I came at night and it was pitch dark, some fumbling. Definitely near the gate.
