− Very noisy till early morning, some nearby music was pounding loudly. Sleep being interrupted the duration we were staying.

− The only problems I had during my stay was the parking was very difficult. and the parking lot guard on basement two, that would not let us on the elevator after I told him it was a stay-cation he made us take the service elevator!

− Parking in basement level 2 had no direct elevator access to condo. Having to walk up flights of stairs to get to the elevator from basement parking was inconvenient.

10.0Great stay at Tina's apartment in Aeon Towers, Davao. The apartment was in outstanding condition. Extremely clean and well-maintained throughout. Rico is the one who looks after guests, and he does an excellent job. He was responsive, solution-oriented, and always willing to think along to find the best outcome. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Davao. A reliable and comfortable choice with great hospitality.
