Relaxing, quiet and very enjoyable
10.0Small room with ensuite facilities and shower. Big enough to be comfortable. A very warm welcome by the owners and a small hamper with some essentials, enough so you don't have to go straight to the shops immediately, even a small bottle of bubbly. Nice touch. Being situated in the Cornish country side, its nice and quiet and very little traffic. Almost feels like your in the middle of nowhere when in fact your only about a mile or so away from the Busy A30. Last of all, there is a café about 3 min walk away from the property which serve excellent food at reasonable prices and a very warm welcome. Pets also welcome just make sure they are on a lead because farmyard animals are roaming free, (just chickens and cats in case you are wondering). F.Y.I. cash only

10.0Clean, comfortable, cosy with everything catered for. Outdoor spaces also pleasant. Welcome hamper and eggs a nice touch and very enjoyable. Very attentive and helpful host. Nearby village, cafe and pub a short walk.
Excellent, in a lovely rural surrounding
9.0It is in a lovely, quiet location. Extremely clean, modern and well equipped studio apartment, ideal for a weekend or longer stay. We enjoyed a visit to the local pub, the Riding Sun and had a great visit to Boscastle Farm Shop. We loved the splendid hens on the property and especially their eggs! Also very grateful for the welcome pack of breakfast, Prosecco and Madris.
− You need transportation as the public transport does not appear to be very good.
