7.0Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in Greifswald. Sehr ruhige Lage, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet.
− Die Wohnung ist rel. dunkel, da sie im EG liegt und durch eine nahe am Haus wachsende, hohe Hecke gegen die Hoffläche abgegrenzt wird. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
10.0Die Lage ist super. Nur ein paar Minuten zur Fußgängerzone. Parkplatz für Pkw ist top. Alles wie beschrieben ist vorhanden. Obwohl sehr zentrale Lage, war sehr ruhig. Wir hatte das Glück, dass das Wetter gut war, deshalb konnten wir immer draußen frühstücken,

6.0Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt. Eine Minute dann steht man auf dem Marktplatz.
− Es gab kein einziges scharfes Messer zum etwas zu zerkleinern Fast jeden Abend war es nach 22Uhr laut. Schön wäre es wenn es für draussen noch so etwas wie ein Liegestuhl gäbe. Gerade für den Sommer.
Personal habe ich nicht getroffen, deswegen dazu auch keine Bewertung / wäre aber sicherlich auch top gewesen
