Para una estancia muy corta

− Muy pequeño,máximo 2 personas y muchísimo calor en el estudio.El aire apenas refrescaba el dormitorio y eso que había un ventilador de techo. Un horno de temperatura.

− EL APARTAMENTO EN CONJUNTO, SU ACCESO, DISTRIBUCION, DECORACION, ACABADOS...(.una cosa es un acabado rustico ó vintage y otra acabados chapuceros), MUEBLES...( Algunos en un estado de deterioro avanzado ). LIMPIEZA.. ( en la cocina deja bastante que desear, con suciedad y grasas adheridas de hace tiempo). EL PATIO INTERIOR ES UN CAJON DE MUROS DE 1,90 CM APROX.DE ALTO QUE LO UNICO QUE PUEDES VER ES UN TROZO DE LOS DOS ULTIMOS PISOS DE UN EDIFICIO QUE HAY ENFRENTE. NO EXISTE UN SOLO ENCHUFE LIBRE PARA PODER CARGAN MOVIL, ORDENADOR, ...ETC. TODOS ESTABAN OCUPADOS. LUZ EN COCINA, ESCALERA DE SUBIDA AL APARTAMENTO, BASTANTE DEFICIENTE,.....ETC,ETC.
