2.0Апартаменты когда-то были хорошие, они просторные. Уборка была не плохая, но за 5 ночей не поменяли даже полотенец. Ремонт давно не делался.
− Номер был прокурен - считаю это неприемлемо!!! - хозяин отказался отменить бронирование и предложил освежитель воздуха. Бронировали на 3х человек - постельное белье было только на 2х. 1 ночь спал на диване без белья! Смена полотенец 50 бат. Отель находится на холме - очень далеко от всего и добираться на машине тоже очень сложно. Диван очень грязный и рваный.
The stay was quite satisfactory and we would offhand revisit again.
8.0Accommodation was spacey and clean. Large and equipped kitchen. The site is in a steep hillside, but well accessible with a motorbike, and no traffic around. The Big Buddha is visible directly from the bed. The pool is not large, but clean and convenient, with warm water, toilet and shower at hand. Although we never met anybody personally, communication with the owners was abundant, effective and friendly.

5.0The price is relatively low, and it is equipped with kitchen facilities where you can cook.
− The location is too far out, and the hill leading to the accommodation is very steep. They don't clean every day, and they don't change towels. Everything requires an additional fee.
Simple apartment with a beautiful view and nice small swimming pools. Good for a short stay
7.0The site had a few small pool options with lovely sea views overlooking Kata. Good undercover parking. Well maintained complex.
− The furnishings are not very comfortable or of good quality and many items need replacing/updating. Quite basic, fine for a 1 or 2 week stay but got a bit uncomfortable for a long stay. The walls are thin between the bedroom and neighbours bedroom. This was ok as they were very quiet.
