If there is any other service apartment in this location I would not have availed this apartment

− The maintenance, no proper process to book the room, room not cleaned before the stay. The staff said no one has it was cleaned a week back and no has been accomodated since then, no wifi. Overall a very average experience

− The AC and fan were malfunctional. The caretaker don't know english and its was a complete chaos to convey him anything. No soap in washrooms and no parking inside property. Parking has to be done on the road.
