− Arrived and no heating. It was -2 temperature. Electric radiators and they would not turn on. There was two electric heaters and only one would work. Property informed us it had been empty for a while before we arrived. You would think someone would have went out and checked this before new guests arrived but not in this case. We was all in the flst with coats hats and gloves and was expected to wait. Its not acceptable. We had to book new accomodations due to this. Unable to stay at property. Property told us to go for a meal when we wait for them to come out. We had already been there 2 hours tryinng to solve this issue. And we booked self catering so we could us e the facilities. We have now been told no refund is available. Will not book this appartment again and will not book through booking.com again. T
It was ok, clean enough and served it’s purpose for our stay
6.0Big Tv, WiFi and sky.
− No parking. There was free parking several mins walk away. There were very few sockets and only one extension lead was provided in the very small twin bedroom. The lounge area was not very homely and sparsely furnished. Just tv and sofa. It was uncomfortable for four people to sit and watch the tv without cricking your neck due to shape/positioning of sofa. So not ideal for a cosy night in. The shower fittings were also loose. Not enough crockery/cups in kitchen.
We enjoyed to be out and about. The main issue was the bed because we didn’t have a comfortable sleep.
6.0Near the seaside only 10 mins walk to the beach and train station
− The property was dirty full of supers and cob webs. Bed wit broken slats.
Disappointing
4.0The beach in Town clean
− No left no. Was told lies when I called owner I told them I had problems with my walk they said there was no lift but the room was on first floor but I had to climb three floors. Also there was no health & fire safety instructions in handbook & bins were over flowing at front door with very bad smell. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend this to my family or friends
