− Da wir das fordere Schlafzimmer genutzt haben, war es abends von der Straße etwas lauter. Abends wird die Straße zur Flaniermeile, auch für Motorräder.

− Treppe ist eng und nichts für Kleinkinder. Kein Rollo oder anderer Sichtschutz im Bad.

7.0Top Lage und sehr schöne Aussicht. Gute Ausstattung.
− Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte an einigen Stellen Auffrischung. Die "außergewöhnliche" Wendeltreppe sollte aus meiner Sicht in die Beschreibung rein, damit die neue Gäste nicht über Kommentare der anderen Gäste davon erfahren. Sorry.
