10.0− It was confusing because I thought we booked the castle itself. Website wasn’t clear on that. The film we got was lovely and comfortable. No complaints. We came from Australia and were really excited to stay in a ‘castle’. Next time hey.

5.0Schöne gepflegte Parkanlage und Grünlage rundherum, ein kurzer Zugang zum See. Sehr zuvorkommende OFFICE-Managerin Liz und gute Infos über die Anreise gesamt.
− Verkehrslärm der vorgelagerten Durchzugsstrasse war hörbar. Das Appartment war nicht im Schloss direkt sondern im Nebengebäude, dadurch Verwirrung beim CheckIn. Das zweites Schlafzimmer war sehr klein und eng. Bei der Anreise war das Appartement nicht vorbereitet, d.h. Betten und Handtücher, Geschirrtuch waren nicht gewechselt und es war nicht geputzt. LIZ die Officemanagerin war sehr bemüht und hat die Situation weitgehend in Ordnung gebracht. Generell ist das Haus gesamt bereits sehr abgewohnt und auch das Appartement ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und bei näherer Betrachtung nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt (Fensterrahmen, Balkontürrahmen, Spinnweben, Schmutz, unterem Bett). Der Eingangsbereich, die Türen und Fenster sind sanierungsbedürftig.

8.0Die Lage der Wohnung am See und in einem schönen Park ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gerätetechnisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Hätte es nicht mehrere Beanstandungen gegeben, wenn auch nicht besonders gravierende, wäre es eine Top-Unterkunft.
− Die Kleiderschränke waren teilweise mit vollen Tüten und Putzzeug versehen. Die Spots an der Decke waren zum Teil kaputt. Der Balkon war nicht gereinigt, Zigarettenkippe und Schmutz auf dem Grasteppich. An der Dusche war die Armatur defekt und eine Fuge an der Duschwanne ist undicht; sollte dringend erneuert werden. Die Handtuchheizung war kaputt und das Bad kalt. Wir haben dann die Heizung im Flur zum Wärmen genutzt. Die Handtuchheizung war aber nach 3 Tagen repariert. Ein Begehen der Wohnung außerhalb des Reinigungspersonals wäre gelegentlich geboten, um derartige Beanstandungen zu vermeiden. Schön wäre noch ein großer Kochtopf, z.B. für Nudeln; die Wohnung bietet immerhin Platz für 4 Personen. Die Größe der Töpfe und der Pfanne reicht nur für 2 Personen aus.
