8.0Ruhige Lage. Sehr Sauber. Gute Ausstattung. Gradlinige, schöne Einrichtung, großer Fernseher! Alles am Ort fußläufig gut erreichbar!
− Küchenzeile könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Spülmaschine wäre schön. Grundausstattung an Pfeffer, Salz, Gewürzen wäre auch nett. Knöllchenabzocke der Gemeinde auf vorhandenen, öffentlichen Parkplätzen im Wohngebiet ist ärgerlich.
