9.0Super rozmiar apartamentu, sprzęty AGD sprawne (mam złe doświadczenie), niespodzianka detergenty w kuchni, skromna ale wystarczająca zastawa stołowa. Miejsce parkingowe przypisane do apartamentu. Rowerownia na miejscu. Apartament jest na północną stronę, dzięki czemu nie ma w nim sauny!
− Niestety apartament jest mega akustyczny, więc jeśli sąsiedzi są imprezowi to mimo woli uczestniczysz w tym. Szkoda że ocenie podlegają wynajmujący a najemcy nie.
