gute Lage, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Wohnung war an sich sauber

− beschädigte Türen, das Schlafzimmerfenster ließ sich nicht schließen, Hauseingangstür kaputt, benutztes Geschirr in der Besteckschublade, lieblos und billig eingerichtet, Kabelfernsehen und Netflix ging nicht, Duschabtrennung undicht, so dass das Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand, starke Warmwasserschwankungen beim Duschen
