8.0Wohnung großzügig, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Funktionell ausgestattet. Sehr schönes und ruhiges Grundstück mit zahlreichen Apfelbäumen, Kinderspielplatz und Sonnenliegen. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und Platz für die eigenen Fahrräder.
− In der modernen und geräumigen Dusche fehlt eine Möglichkeit, sich festzuhalten. Das kann (nicht nur) für Ältere schnell gefährlich werden, da die Duschwanne sehr glatt ist.
