8.0Lots of clever space saving ideas used. Extras provided, milk, juice, tea, coffee, dog treats etc much appreciated.
− For a dog friendly property, the outdoor space was a bit small but there is a big park immediately opposite the property for dog walks.
Cosy, well equipped, spotless and fantastic bathroom!
10.0Everything you'd need for a homely and relaxing stay. The whole place is spotless with a very well equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room.The host Kizzie clearly goes to a lot of effort to ensure you are welcome and comfortable and feel at home with lovely little touches like complimentary orange juice on arrival, equipment for making cocktails (including a cocktail recipe poster!), generous bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the spotless, stylish bathroom...we didn't bring a dog but Kizzie would make a doggie feel very welcome too with biscuits, blankets and supplies! We were having a cycling-based short break in the Isle of Wight and this was the perfect, peaceful base for resting after exploring West Wight: swimming in the beautiful beaches of Colwell Bay, Totland and Freshwater Bay, walks up to view The Needles, cycle rides to watch the sunset on Alum Bay beach. To get there we had cycled from Ryde via the Tennyson Trail from Carisbrooke so the fantastic, refreshing shower in the bathroom was absolutely wonderful!
− Everything was really good, so these are only friendly suggestions...the bedside lights were maybe a bit too bright- they looked really stylish though! It might be good idea to adjust the side gate closure mechanism- it was quite breezy this weekend and it kept banging in the wind despite the clasp closure/latch being on.
