9.0Hezké prostředí, skvělá a vyhřívaná zasklená terasa. Auto jde zaparkovat pod střechou, takže není zasněžené a zamrzlé. Spousta prostoru, dva záchody.
− Horší byla rychlost internetu, nejspíš sdílený, protože chvílemi vypadl úplně. A možná by to chtělo modernizovat / automatizovat topení s programováním, aby si to každý mohl nastavit jak by mu vyhovovalo A možná vyměnit sklokeramickou desku za indukční.
