9.0Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse super. Wir konnten zu Fuß zur Konzertbühne sowie zum Schwimmen gehen. Außerdem gab es einen Bäcker in der Nähe.
− Das Geschirr war leider etwas dreckig. Allerdings haben wir auch nicht gekocht und es somit nicht benötigt.

8.0Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné, ideálne pre 4-člennú partiu ľudí. Všetko, čo sme k pobytu potrebovali sme našli v apartmáne. Lokalita je umiestnená v kľudnej štvrti, s krásny výhľadom a možnosťami na relax. Lokalita je ale skôr mimo mesta a najbližší obchod s potravinami je cca 20 minút peši, autom však 5 minút. Parkovanie pre auto sme mali v krytej garáži, majiteľ bol absolútne skvelý, poskytol presný návod ako si vyzdvihnúť kľúče, ako sa dostať do mesta alebo nájsť najbližší spoj od jazera k ubytovaniu. Majiteľ zodpovedal akúkoľvek otázku, ktorú sme mali počas pobytu.
− Ubytovanie bolo trochu mimo centra, ale autobusový spoj mal zastávku priamo pred apartmánom, takže sme bez problémov trafili naspäť.

9.0Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Traumhafter Blick! Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Anreise und Infos im Vorfeld sind super, klappt alles. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenplatz, auch die eigenen Fahrräder kann man gut unterbringen (Garage oder Innenhof). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich gut, insbesondere in der Küche. Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Der Balkon ist wirklich riesig und man kann ihn gut für Frühstück und Abendessen nutzen. Sonnenliege ist auch vorhanden. Lage ist top: Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am See und auch in der City von Klagenfurt. Auch bei dem warmen Wetter war es gut auszuhalten, da die Wohnung über richtige Rollläden verfügt.
− Die Reinigung hätte besser sein können - in der Kaffeemaschine war noch der Kaffeesatz vom Vorgänger (?). Auch unter Sofa und Bett könnte mal richtig gewischt werden. Das Mobiliar könnte mal getauscht werden - der Tisch im Wohnzimmer wirkt wie eine Art selbstbeklebter Ikeatisch, Türen der Schränke schleifen, in der Toilette ist der Griff vom Schrank locker. Die Wasserhähne in Küche und Bad spritzen mehr als dass wirklich Wasser fließt.
