− Que no tuviera disponibilidad de servicio de desayuno. El hotel estaba disponible pero el restaurante de vacaciones. Los bares cercanos no abrían hasta las 10 u 11 de la mañana

1.0− Sospecho que vendieron las habitaciones por un precio más caro y nos dejaron en la calle sin explicación alguna.Delante de mí dieron otra habitación a una pareja. Yo tenía dos reservadas desde meses y nos tuvimos que marchar. Sólo oí que habían tenido un problema y que me tenía que entender con Booking,que ya había enviado un aviso de reservas anuladas,a pesar de estar ya cobradas. LAMENTABLE.
