Alright for a stop over.
7.0Charlene kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. This property would be fine for a one night stop over. A lot of effort put into entertainment.
− Taps, bin, curtains etc needed a good clean. Dripping tap in bath needs to be fixed. Maintenance and tidying up of the grounds needed.
A peaceful and charming stay with wonderful hosts who truly go the extra mile, would happily return.
9.0The place was absolutely lovely, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the owners. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The Tannie kindly brought us everything we needed for a braai and even for playing putt-putt, which was such a thoughtful touch. The Oom spent time chatting with us, sharing stories about life in the town and the nearby windmill construction. The gardens were beautiful, and the rooms were very well equipped, clean, and comfortable.
− The only minor issue was that our shower door was broken. It wasn’t a major problem, but something that could be fixed for future guests.
